To start a business you need courage. Some would say that it all comes down to money, but experience has taught us that everything starts with the courage to do something extra, and to develop a business on your own.
Unfortunately, experience has also shown us that, once you start a business, confidence and courage quickly turn into countless frustrations. The feeling that you are alone, that you should know everything, do everything, that you are the basis of your business and that any mistake costs, can make you draw the wrong conclusions that the business is not for you.
We, at Photo Booth Factory, decided from the beginning to implement a safety net for our clients and not to leave them alone. So, we implemented a unique assistance system in the country, to make sure that regardless of the time, day or place, any member of our community will have the support they need in some less pleasant moments – for example, when they encounter a technical problem and are at an event and don’t know how to solve it.
Why did we choose to do this? Because our fulfillment depends on the success of our clients’ business and because we know how difficult it is to face a problem in business, regardless of its nature, and not have anyone to advise you or someone to guide you. We felt this firsthand when we started the photo booth rental business, and when we encountered a problem we had no one to ask or consult with.
So, we decided to take care of our clients and offer them all the support they need.
What does our system consist of? Simple.
We have created 2 private groups, to which only our clients have exclusive access.
We have a Facebook group, for general debates, in which any aspect related to this type of business is discussed (from effective promotion methods, differentiation techniques, customer relationship procedures and bidding, etc.) and an emergency group, on WhatsApp, in which when a client encounters a problem, they will post a description of the problem and a picture to provide the most complete picture possible, and one of the experienced members will offer help as soon as possible. Currently, we have almost 90 members in this group, of which over 20 have over 3 years of business experience, so they have accumulated a large amount of information and are ready to help even those at the beginning of their journey when they get “stuck”.

In order for you to overcome such moments with flying colors, we have made available the REAL-TIME help system. Experienced community members are ready to answer your questions at any time and help you get out of a deadlock.
We, the founders of this group, operate in the private events industry like you, so we are online late at night, on weekends or holidays. You will never send a request for help that you do not receive an immediate response to because we are too busy, it is late, it is a holiday and no one is working.
Someone will always be there to help you because we have chosen to treat our clients with respect, to turn them into partners and to carry forward the idea of a business community, even remotely, through social networks.
