If this section does not appear on the supplier’s page or there are no reviews / recommendations, you should ask yourself a question about how the collaboration with these suppliers is going, and do more detailed research.
Another option is to call 2-3 former customers of the supplier and ask them how the collaboration went both on the supply side (attitude, seriousness, transportation, etc.) and on the after-sales service side (assistance, support, etc.).
